Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so at any time before it has been shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@hyvewell.com. Our team will do everything possible to accommodate your request if the order has not yet left our facility.
Upon receiving your order, we ask that you inspect it carefully. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@hyvewell.com. When reaching out, please provide detailed information about the issue, including photos of the product, so that we can evaluate the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve it. Verified issues with damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be addressed promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
Refunds are only approved under specific conditions, such as a successful cancellation prior to shipping or the verification of a product that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once a refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to process, though it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the funds in your account. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at support@hyvewell.com, and we will assist you further.
For international orders, please note that all purchases are made at the buyer’s risk. Hyve Wellness cannot accept responsibility for any issues associated with international shipping. This includes orders delayed or seized by customs, shipment delays caused by carriers, or packages lost during transit. By placing an international order, you agree to assume all associated risks.
Subscriptions
Some products or services offered through Hyve Wellness are available as subscriptions to ensure consistent access to your wellness solutions. When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries or services based on the duration and frequency selected during checkout. Your payment details will be securely stored, and you will be automatically charged according to your chosen subscription plan unless you have opted to pay in advance.
Certain subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you may cancel it at any time before the renewal date to avoid further charges. To manage or cancel your subscription, refer to the link provided in your order confirmation email. This link allows you to make adjustments, including changing the delivery frequency or canceling the subscription altogether. Any changes or cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will occur after cancellation.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to secure products or services that are currently out of stock or soon to be available. Depending on the pre-order terms, you may be required to pay the full amount at checkout, provide a partial deposit, or authorize the storage of your payment details for a future charge when the product becomes available.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. If a pre-order has been partially paid, the amount already paid will be refunded. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, if you receive a pre-ordered product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@hyvewell.com, and we will address the issue according to our refund policy.
Refunds for canceled or unfulfilled pre-orders will follow the same process as described in the refund section above.
